SECURITEC», AT Security), 17ης Νοεμβρίου 81, Pylaia, 55534 Thessaloniki, Greece, General Commercial Registry (ΓΕΜΗ) no. 057492204000, Tax no. 082182820 (VAT EL082182820).
For anything about your data: [email protected] or +30 2310 245 202.
2. What data we collect
- Contact form: what you fill in (e.g. name, phone, email, area, type of premises, message) and the page you sent it from.
- Phone and email: whatever you tell us or send us, e.g. photos of your premises.
- Customers: contact and billing details, the address and details of the installation, contracts, warranties and work history.
- Client area: the details in the access request (name, email, phone, installation address, system, message), your account details, the service requests you send us and, for security, technical details of your sign-ins (e.g. time, IP address). We open an account only after we approve the request.
- Newsletter: your email and when and from which page you signed up.
- Visiting the site: technical details of the connection (e.g. IP address, browser), which are needed for the site to work. Statistics (Google Analytics) and marketing (Google Ads, Meta Pixel) only if you accept them. Then actions such as sending a form, clicking our phone number or email, signing up for the newsletter or completing the security test are also recorded. We do not send your name, phone or email to these tools. See the Cookie Policy.
3. Why we use it
- To reply to your request and give you a quote: steps before a contract, taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- To perform our contract (installation, maintenance, service, Client area): Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
- To comply with the law (e.g. invoices, tax): Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.
- Newsletter: with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
- Statistics and marketing cookies: with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Art. 4(5) of Greek Law 3471/2006). You can change it at any time in Cookie settings.
- For our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR): to run the site securely and protect our forms from spam; to keep a request that did not lead to a job, in case you come back; to keep customer data after our cooperation ends, for warranties and any legal claims; to make sure we do not send you the newsletter again after you unsubscribe.
We also record when you gave consent, so that we can prove it (Art. 6(1)(c) and Art. 7(1) GDPR).
4. Who we share data with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with those who need it:
- Cloudflare — hosting and protecting the site, forwarding form messages.
- Supabase — our customer database and the Client area. The data is stored in Frankfurt (EU).
- Google Workspace — our email.
- Brevo (France) — sending emails: form messages, the newsletter, Client area emails.
- CookieYes — the cookie choices window. It loads on every visit, receives technical details of the connection (e.g. IP) and records your choice.
- Google and Meta — Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta Pixel, only if you accept them.
- Partner Alarm Receiving Centre — only for customers who choose to connect their system.
- Accountant and partner technicians — only what they need for their work.
- Public authorities — when the law requires it.
Google and Meta also use what they receive for their own purposes, under their own policies. For collecting data and sending it through the Meta Pixel, we are joint controllers with Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd: we inform you and ask for your consent, and Meta handles requests about the data it keeps itself. You can contact us or Meta.
5. Transfers outside the EU
Some of our providers (e.g. Cloudflare, Google, Meta, Supabase) are based or have partners outside the EU, mainly in the US, so some data may be transferred there. This happens only with the GDPR safeguards: the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses, as each provider's terms provide. For CookieYes (United Kingdom) a Commission adequacy decision applies. For more information, write to us.
6. How long we keep it
- Requests that did not lead to a job: 24 months from our last contact.
- Customer data: 5 years after our cooperation ends.
- Invoices and accounting records: as long as tax law requires (at least 5 years).
- Client area: the account, while you are our customer or until you ask us to close it. Access requests that were not approved: 3 months.
- Newsletter: until you unsubscribe. After that we keep only your email on a block list, so that we do not email you again.
- Technical connection data (e.g. IP address): for a short time, as long as needed for the security of the site and the Client area.
- Cookies: as stated in the Cookie Policy.
Emails and photos you send us are kept as long as the request or cooperation they relate to.
7. Do you have to give us your data?
On our forms, only the fields marked with an asterisk are needed. Without them we cannot reply to you. For a contract and an invoice we need your details and the installation address. The newsletter and statistics and marketing cookies are optional. We do not make decisions about you by automated means alone.
8. Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing or portability. You can withdraw any consent you gave us at any time. Withdrawal does not affect anything done before it.
Right to object: when we use data for our legitimate interest, you can object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation.
Write to us at [email protected] or at our address. We reply within one month, as the GDPR provides, and we may ask you to confirm that it is you. If you think we have not handled your data properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (1-3 Kifisias Ave., 115 23 Athens, www.dpa.gr).
9. Cameras we install
For cameras at your premises, the owner or user of the premises is responsible for the images, not us.
10. Changes
If anything changes, we will update this page and the date at the top. For important changes we will notify in advance, by email, those who have a Client area account or are subscribed to the newsletter.
